Where do I park?
We offer ample free parking in the lot directly outside our studio.
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel most comfortable in! We do not have a dress code, however we recommend comfy workout attire that makes you feel your very best!
For Level 2 Pole + we strongly encourage shorts or pole booty shorts because skin contact with the pole is essential.
Heels are only required for our Heels 101 class, but are encouraged for all pole classes.
Will I be sharing a pole?
Possibly! Depending on the capacity of the class. We pride ourselves in our small class sizes so each of our clients can receive 1:1 support.
Do I need to bring anything?
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. We offer mats to rent if you don’t have your own. We also have water available but you are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
How do I know what level I am?
For Pole Fitness Classes, every new student will start with our Intro to Pole Class (if you are more experienced and coming from another studio, send us an email at hello@selenitestudio.com and we will help place you). When you and our instructors feel.
What is the difference between Spin Pole and Static Pole?
Spin pole = the pole actually spins on its own once you put your body weight on it.
Static pole = the pole is in a locked position and you use momentum to twirl around the pole.
All beginner students will need to start with static pole. After graduating from Level 2, you will be approved to take spin pole classes.
